Privacy Notice
What we keep
Your account: username, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash), and the codes that verify your email (also hashed).
Contact details you add in Settings: a WhatsApp number and a linked Telegram chat, each verified with a code. You can remove them at any time.
Sign-in and security records: your session, failed sign-in counts, the access sections an administrator granted you, and the network (IP) address of password-reset requests and of these acceptances, to stop abuse.
What you do on the platform: your portfolio transactions, training jobs and models, optimizer runs, and your Risk Intelligence watchlist and alerts. Your language and display preferences stay in your own browser.
The free daily report, if you subscribe (no account needed): the email address or Telegram chat it goes to, its language, the network address you signed up from, when each report was sent, clicks on the report's "Live version" link, and when you unsubscribe. Clicking that link sets a cookie for 30 days so we can tell whether an account created afterwards came from the report.
Why
To run and secure the service: signing you in, sending verification codes, security notices and the reports you asked for, and measuring how many people find the daily report useful. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Our email provider delivers the emails we send you, and Telegram delivers messages if you use it. Everything else is stored on our own servers. AI-written summaries are produced from market analysis, not from your personal details.
How long
Your account data stays until your account is deleted. A deleted account is kept in a locked archive for 30 days (so a mistake can be undone) and then permanently erased. A record that you accepted these documents, and the administrators' change history, are kept. Daily report records are kept after you unsubscribe, for statistics.
Your choices
Change or remove your contact details in Settings, unsubscribe from the report with one click, ask for a copy of your data, or ask for your account and its data to be deleted: reply to any email you receive from us.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will ask you to read it again when you next sign in.
